The Tomorrowmind Congress is part of the Positive Psychology Tour – an event series that has been organized since 2009 on the initiative of Martin Seligman by the Seligman Europe platform and the Academy for Children, Youth, and Family. The goal was and continues to be to bring Positive Psychology to Europe, making its research findings, but especially its practical applications, accessible to a broad audience.

At the center of this are primarily three attitudes. 

1.) The glass is half full, not half empty.
2.) We discover and live our strengths instead of our weaknesses.
3.) We take action instead of complaining.
